As a result of engaging in LTI's School Improvement Process, your organization
will develop a tailored, Data-Driven, Focused Plan to fit your school.
This will prevent the plan from being "put on the shelf". In
addition, LTI offers on going staff Leadership training and targeted
Professional Development aligned with the Data-Driven Focused Plan that has
been developed.
