OUR PROCESS FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION COMPLIANCE.

Our team of experienced consultants will work with administrators,
teachers and members of the school's intervention team to identify strengths and weaknesses of the school's current special education process.  We will then make recommendations for improvement, and in most cases, we will do the work in preparing whatever is necessary to bring the program into Federal compliance.  Some of the steps in our process include:

   1.  Review current process school has in place for existing and new specula education
        students.
   2.  Review federal requirements of IDEA and ADA with intervention team.
   3.  Review state requirement of special education with intervention team.
   4.  Review files for accuracy and compliance (MFEs and IEPs).  We will update, if
        necessary.
   5.  Help in setting up IEP meetings. (We will provide agenda templates if necessary).
   6.  Help in setting up IAT meetings.  (We will provide agenda templates if necessary).

TESTIMONIALS:

"Their team of consultants came in and really helped get our process in order.  Special education can be a little daunting.  They took the time to explain the process to our team.  What I liked most is that they rolled up their sleeves and worked arm and arm with us in helping us get our files and our process in compliance."
